We create and organize projects in the area of SEO texts, copywriting, web research, translations, tagging and categorization, data management etc.




Crowdsourcing is the new way of getting a complex task done. We break these tasks down into ‘micro jobs’ and pass them on to our 500.000 internet users (called Clickworkers). After they have processed the task, it goes through a strict quality inspection as a finished project. This way our customers get their larger tasks done in the best [possible way and using the least amount of time.

Your assignment:




Identification and acquisition of new customers in the growing area of e-commerce and online businesses.


Identifying customer needs, conceptualizing problem solutions for each customer and presentation together with our expert team.


Responsible for the cooperation and communication between clients and our internal service team on different levels (buyers, commercial managers/decision makers) for delivering great customer value.


Presentation of our services to customer on trade fairs and events.


Accompanying competition and market observation.


Maintenance of customer databases and CRM systems.


Involvement in development and implementation of the overall market development strategy.






Your ideal profile:




Highly experienced in direct sales.


Knowledge of online businesses and revenue models.


Knowledge in the areas of search engine optimization and e-commerce.


Your strengths lie in the approach and acquisition of new customers.


Highly motivated and customer-oriented as well as independent and result-oriented.


You possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills.


Native speaker of either: German, English, Dutch and ideally have good knowledge of two other languages.


Confident in using MS Office products.


A good person to work with.
